APO/DPO/FPO Shipping Policies

NOTE: If you are shipping to an APO/DPO/FPO address, please select the appropiate option in the Country drop down menu on the order form.  There is an additional $10.00 shipping charge to ship to an APO, DPO, or FPO address.  Due to the additional shipping charge that we encounter, we will not process your order if you do not follow these instructions and you will be notified via your provided email address.  Please contact us if you have any questions. 

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.  We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please Contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.

Customer satisfaction is our primary goal.  If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you immediately with further instructions and expected shipment date.

Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.  Please contact us if you need assistance.
